Actual same day! Drop it off in the morning, and you’re picking up clean, fresh clothes by evening. No “we’ll try our best,” no vague timelines. Same day means same day; we promise.

What’s the difference between Wash & Fold and Self Laundry Service?

Wash & Fold means you drop it off and we do everything: washing, drying, folding, all of it. Self Laundry Service means you’re doing the job yourself; we provide the machine, and you’re in control of the rest. Basically: hands-off or hands-on, your call.

Do I need to sort my laundry before dropping it off?

No! Bring it exactly how it was in the basket. Sorting is our problem now, not yours.

What If I Have a Large Amount of Laundry?

We’ve seen worse. Seriously! Big loads, small loads, mystery stains, that one hoodie you swore was still wearable—we handle it all without blinking.

Can I use my own detergent with Self Laundry Service?

Absolutely. If you’ve got a detergent you’re loyal to, bring it in and use it. It’s your laundry, your rules.

Is there a minimum amount of laundry I need to bring in?

Not really. Whether it’s one overflowing hamper or just a small bag, we’re happy to help.

Will my clothes actually come back folded, or just shoved in a bag?

Depends on how much you’re bringing in, but most loads are done the same day or close to it. We’ll give you a straight answer when you drop off.

Do I need an appointment for Self Laundry Service?

No, just walk in whenever it works for you. No booking, no waiting around for a time slot.

What if I have a weird stain or a fabric I’m nervous about?

Bring it in and tell us what’s going on. We’ve handled plenty of “I have no idea what happened here” situations, and we know how to treat different fabrics without wrecking them.
